This PR adds a generic pattern rewrite infrastructure (MLIR PDLL-inspired) and uses it to implement FMA fusion and scalar view elimination. This brings the FFT example performance on the same level as cuTile Python.
Mostly vibe-coded, but validated. Needs to be cleaned-up.
